All comfirm order(s) will be processed within 2-3 working days* excluding Weekends & Public Holidays . All orders have to be processed/packed for shipment arrangement and the delivery timeline might be subjected to custom clearance and logistic handling/processes. We will email you tracking code once your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse.
We deliver to most postal areas in Peninsula Malaysia and East Malaysia, but we’re sorry that geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products too. There are small numbers of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales. If there’s no-one in when we deliver, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or collect your order
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us or recipient not able to collect parcel on time resulting in the parcel bouncing back to us thus incurring additional postage cost.
For your protection against fraud, please bring the Order Acknowledgement sent to your email address together with your identification card as proof of purchase during collection. We’re happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud the person you’ve nominated must present your Order Acknowledgement and his/her identification card upon collection.
